A belated (but enthusiastic) congratulations to Touchstone Strategic Law’s client American Powertrain on its successful acquisition by CJ Pony Parts, a portfolio company of Century Park Capital Partners.  Everyone on the Touchstone team enjoyed working with American Powertrain on this transaction, and particular thanks (and congratulations) to Robert Hall, founder of American Powertrain.
